Temp-to-Perm: Once an employee is assigned to the client company for short term or long term positions, we will be responsible for payroll and any administrative issues that may arise, this gives the client time to review the performance of the employee commitment free. If the client is interested in hiring the employee into permanent status, this will be easily accomplished once the employee has completed the 60 working days or 480 hour probationary period. If the client wishes to hire the employee prior to the completion of the probationary period, the fee will be adjusted according to all of the hours the employee has worked. The fee will not apply to any referrals from the client.
