Montana Jobs, Inc. will be the employer of record. We pay all the wages, mandatory payroll taxes; provide workers' compensation and unemployment insurance as well as process payroll for the employees assigned to you.

Our staffing employees make every effort to align the best potential skills with the requirements of your job description and duties giving you the opportunity for an on-the-job assessment of their abilities and give them the opportunity to demonstrate their capability to fulfill the requirements of the job.

When the assignment ends, or you choose to put them on your payroll and make them a member of your team, just simply notify Montana Jobs, Inc. and we will make all the necessary arrangements. Clients are invoiced for our services on a bi-weekly schedule, unless special payroll requirements are needed.
